Phantom Gourmet to keynote Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 awards
April 29, 2011 – Cape & Plymouth Business is excited to announce that Dave Andelman, founder and president of Phantom Gourmet, will be the keynote speaker at the 2011 40 Under 40 Awards on June 9.
Phantom Gourmet is one of Boston’s best known locally grown brands. From its humble beginnings on cable in 1993, Phantom Gourmet graduated to broadcast television on a variety of outlets across the region.
Phantom Gourmet also produces Boston’s biggest and best food events, including the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival, Phantom Gourmet BBQ Beach Party, Phantom Gourmet Beer & Food Phest, Phantom Gourmet Wine & Food Phest, and the Phantom Gourmet Safari to benefit the Joey Fund and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The company is led by the Andelman brothers, with Dave serving as CEO, Mike heading the business division, and Dan heading the content division.

Behind the scenes, she is also Traffic Director and Producer for Cape Cod Broadcasting.
