MISSION: To provide information, resources, and opportunities to young professionals and businesses
on the South Shore.

VISION: To become the premier organization on the South Shore that is the driving force behind positive change. We will change the perception that geographical lines prevent businesses from getting talented, young workers and prove that suburban settings can grow to attract these young leaders to our community.
